Smallbiz America Capital provides capital to growth and mature stage companies or projects including debt, equity, structured financing, asset-based lending, working capital lines of credit, top line revenue income rights securities.

Please note: We do not generally work with start ups.  We will provide funding for acquisitions. Our investors may take equity positions on occasion. We will look at most any industry sector.
