Albuquerque is an interesting place (I grew up in the suburb of Abq). It has a lot going for it—nestled against the Sandia mountains, tons of culture and diversity. It’s a bit junky, definitely not the nicest city, but not b/c it’s dirty—more because it’s old and not as well-kept as it could be. It’s experiencing a lot of growth now, which is cool.
