A person may earn a bonus for meeting certain requirements or sometimes a bonus may be given at the holidays.Other times incentives can be gift certificates or extra time off work.
Set a sales goal and offer a bonus if they reach it. You could always work out a certain percentage of the sales that will not impact you greatly financially as the revenue of the additional sales will offset the bonus. Over time keep increasing those sales goals and offering them new Bonuses.Everybody likes money and it given them a higher level of participation in the common goal of making money.public record check
