A person may earn a bonus for meeting certain requirements or sometimes a bonus may be given at the holidays.Other times incentives can be gift certificates or extra time off work.
Set a sales goal and offer a bonus if they reach it. You could always work out a certain percentage of the sales that will not impact you greatly financially as the revenue of the additional sales will offset the bonus.
