Brian Molitor

Brian Molitor shares his stories and approach to helping organization communicate more effectively. He speaks about the human side of the equation: the most challenging part of making organizations work. Brian emphasizes the importance of emotional intelligence amidst good technicians, good ideas and good intentions.

He says the first step is intake. His company asks questions with face to face interviews. It can get ugly as the truth comes out. But, he has seen some unbelievable transformations around leadership, decision making, communication patterns. He says, once you open this door, the people of the organizations want to talk about it and vent. From there, they create a comprehensive report, rally the individuals around a common vision, and work with the leaders to build productive relationships that lead to success.
