Charles Buck

Charley Buck founded Charles Buck Associates in 1987. The company began as an executive search firm and gradually evolved into a business coaching consultancy. Over the years we have become an indispensable resource or mid-career transitioners and growing entrepreneurial businesses.

A veteran of hundreds of management searches, Charley’s own corporate experience has included several senior positions in the advertising industry. He also served as a member of a number of professional association committees and boards and was the co-owner of a successful inn.

Charley’s specialty is directing and navigating transitions or “next acts” for both individuals and businesses in the changed climate of the 21st century.

He is co-author of “Escape the Mid-Career Doldrums” (Wiley,2007) a book which serves as a guide for all those facing mid-career challenges. It is an invaluable road map for a truly satisfying life.

The firm is headquartered in New York and operates internationally.
