Karen Owens started BTS Cruise and Tour simply because she loves cruising. Learn about her challenges and successes in shaping her business over the years.

I spoke with Karen about how she works with her clients. She explained that she is not an “order taker”, but rather a true consultant that helps make her most effective in the business.

Karen talks about how she started the business from the start which was originally a franchise model. Later, she dumped the franchise piece and continued working as an independent operators to build the business.
