I’ve had Laura on the show a couple of times and she always delivers gems about branding in her passionate style! This is fascinating subject for anyone in business. She talks about the mistakes companies make when building a brand.
For example, always use PR to build a brand…not advertising. That’s because PR has much more credibility than advertising. Ads are the company talking about themselves—and everyone knows it. This equals very low credibility. PR on the other hand is a collective impression of a product or service and its brand-as it lives in the minds of customers at large. It’s truthful, and this equals very high credibility.
Enjoy the segment and I look forward to your feedback!
