As a technology consultant, Bryan Caplovitz was working on expanding the market share for his own small business. With an interested in booking gigs as a speaker at technical conferences, he noticed that there was a need for a service that could help others like him do just that.

So he side stepped to create a job-search like website where speakers could be easily matched with event planners or conference planners that are searching for speakers. The result was the creation of his company called, SpeakerMatch.com

In this segment, Bryan describes this unique matching-model and how it differs from the commission based bureau model.
