Tom Marquardt

Here are some of the questions guiding this interview with Tom:

1. How did you originally get into helping small businesses?
2. Why do so many small businesses fail? What crisis are they facing?
3. I know you concentrate on 4 key areas for small business. What are they?
4. You’ve said that SB owners would be well served running our business—like a hotel. What did you take away from the hospitality business that translates to small business at large?
5. There is not a small business owner on the planet that isn’t interested in getting more customers. What are some of your strategic or tactical approaches to making this happen?
6. Tell us about MY LITTLE BLACK BOOK TO SUCCESS—-why did you write it and what do you hope small business owners take away from it?
