Mission Healthcare is a provider of long-term care and assisted living facilities in Minnesota and South Dakota. We serve approximately 1329 residents and offer specialized programs such as transitional care, memory care, and ventilator units.

Mission Healthcare also owns and operates Wheatcrest Hills Healthcare Center in Britton, South Dakota, Firesteel Healthcare Center in Mitchell, South Dakota. Fountain Springs Healthcare in Rapid City, South Dakota, Belle Fourche Healthcare Center and Sunpointe Assisted Living in Belle Fourche, South Dakota, and the David M. Dorsett Healthcare Center in Spearfish, South Dakota.
